Ordered item to replace broken one and paid almost as much (65USD) in postage to get 4-5 day delivery. I really needed the item urgently. 14 days and several emails later I received a request for additional payment on both the item and the postage. Item not even posted yet.

Turns out the trust pilot score displayed on the site is fraudulent as mine was the first. Also that they have bought their site jabber reviews with the promise of future discounts.

Be warned this bunch is seriously unprofessional.
