I placed a rather large order on 7/20/2021, excited to take advantage of the "your order ships free tomorrow if you order in the next X hours" promotion and have my jewelry delivered weeks before I needed it for a special occasion. I received my order confirmation with a link to track the order status & shipping updates soon after my order was placed. However, it is now 8/20/2021, and my order still says "Being Processed: These items have not shipped yet" and I have not received my items.
I have reached out to the care team multiple times on 7/29,8/3,8/12, and 8/19. To the 7/29 email, the care representative replied stating "Upon checking, your package has been processed and is on it's way to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been scanned in the next facility". Additionally, this response called out that "domestic orders being delivered within the continuous 48 states usually arrive within 5 business days from the date of purchase". However, after more time passed, I quickly realized this was NOT the truth.
To my 8/3 email, the care representative replied stating "Rest assured that the tracking link will update in a few days". Again, as I write this on 8/20, that was also clearly NOT the truth.
With my care emails sent on 8/12 and 8/19, I have received absolutely no response.
This has been the most frustrating experience between being told the order would ship the day after I placed the order, being told the order was already on the way and everything was fine, and then being provided with no updates as it's now been a full month since my order was placed, well beyond the "next day shipping" and "typical 5 day delivery". I am genuinely convinced that either something is wrong with my order and I'm being kept in the dark, or this is a fraudulent and scam of a company. After paying almost $300 on this order, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accurate and honest communication coming from this company.
