My grandson (a USC fan because of Grandma...) will be blown away to receive JuJu Smith Schuster's Pittsburgh Steelers autographed shoes for Xmas. When delivery showed they may come after the 25th, I called Steiner Sports to request a 2 day delivery. Jose was great- he knew the importance of getting these shoes for the big day and he told me he would speak with shipping and get back to me with 24 hours. He did, They updated the shipping and I will have them long before the 25th - for a nominal increase in shipping costs. Having someone who listens to your needs, and communicates back in a timely manner - what more could you ask for? I will purchase again - i have another grandson! E M
