I placed an order on cyber monday - it has been in process for 9 days. I emailed to ask when it would be received and if not by Christmas I would want to cancel. The person that responed never gave me a timeframe or status - sent me a return form. I emailed back that I only wanted to return if not rec'd by Christmas. Someone nicely replied that they would send tracking once shipped. A couple of hours later the first person who was so rude cancelled my order. Worst customer service ever! They billed me on 12/3 and now tell me to wait 10 days for a refund? Worst company ever - will be out of business soon.
