“Awful customer service, items don't fit well, long shipping, bad English!”

I tried to return an item and their website was broken, they refunded the wrong item, and took off loads of weird hidden fees so I got half the value of my $100 item back! FRAUD! Stay away! Truly awful customer service, nobody speaks English there.
