I ordered a Tracy McGrady Raptors basketball jersey and the vendor sent a Ross Jersey. When I asked where to send the incorrect Jersey & request that they send me the correct jersey, I got the below response:

I am sorry for the troubles. As the question you asked, after discussion we have these ideas:
1/ Return the item and add $25(shipping fee) to our Western Union first, after we receive the returned item and check the payment, we will send the new one to you as soon as possible.

2/ Keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new one to you.

So what is your opinion?

After numerous emails, I finally gave up. They refused to send the correct jersey without an additional payment.

Don't order from this website unless you don't care what they send you!
