Barclaycard failed to protect me against a scam company called KIWI.com and when they failed to make a chargeback they tried to make me pay for the transaction. They later sold the "debt" illegally to Pra Group which buy Barclaycard debts at a cut price. The debt has always been heavily contested and now PRA group are trying to legalise the debt. They are now harrassing me, despite sending me a reassuring letter 4 months ago. They pretend to be on peoples side, but all they are really interested in is making a huge profit from others misfortunes.

Barclaycard are not fit for purpose. They sided with a scam company called Kiwi.com instead of protecting a loyal customer of over 40 years. I will never use them again. They promised to make a chargeback which they didn´t do and now expect me to pay them for something I was cheated out of.

Kiwi pretended I made a mistake on my name so issued an E ticket which would have been unusable. They refused to correct the error unless I paid them a further 90 Euros despite my flights costing almost 2000 GBP. My tickets were never issued correctly so the flights were lost. They were the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do not trust this company. Book your flights direct with the airlines.
