This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company. I ordered my item 7 months ago. Every time I was able to reach someone on the phone, they promised they would escalate my order, after it was already at least 2 months late. When I called again, they said they had "just run out of the vases" for that particular order, so I let them know to put it in any vase and ship it. They said they would and never did. I have repeatedly called and at this point, they do not answer the phone and when I leave messages, there is no return. They will not reply to my emails and still send me advertisements for deals on their website. I was charged for the product and still, the recipient never has gotten it. She was checking the mail for weeks, excited for her Mother's Day present.
I made a different order that DID go through and the recipient said that the shipment arrived broken and the colors were different than what was shown online. Plus, it was 3 weeks late. This company is seriously the worst.
