If you ever want blinds from Budget Blinds DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT contact Budget Blinds of Happy Valley located in Reedsville, Pa.
No customer service period.
Will not return voicemails
Does not make schdeduled appointment.

We are a high end residenal contractor and will cetainly go elsewhere for blinds in the future.
