Loved at first - but found out there is virtually no customer support - don't make my mistake! - www.RealtyDrive.com has hosted my real estate website for a couple of years and all was fine at first - mostly because I never had any reason to contact them. But as I noticed competitor's websites were offering new/better features (syndication, better photo upload/display, etc) I decided to contact them to suggest improvements. I then learned there is absolutely no live customer support and they seem to check email every 5 days or so. Even then, emails and web-form submissions went mostly unanswered.

When I persisted, the reply to my suggestions was that "we aren't planning on those changes - maybe in a future release". After persisting further it became obvious that they really aren't planning on any future releases or service enhancements - they're just milking the existing program.

Time was tight and the website still worked reasonably well for me so I stuck with them. However, recently my website and even theirs (www.realtydrive.com) has been down frequently - in the middle of the day. On the rare occasion when I get an email response from them (days later) about the outages it's always them saying they don't see any issues - they NEVER acknowledge an outage.

Bottom line - I'm making the hard decision to invest time and $$ to move to a new website provider and build a new website. WHAT A PAIN! My opinion - DO NOT USE REALTYDRIVE.COM!
