I requested to place an order on January 17,2017 for an order in February. The woman who took my order showed me a proof of the napkins I was ordering. I needed the date added to the napkin. I emailed that request with the proof and she never responded. I left a voicemail with the request and she never responded. When I called the main number the person told me that since I started the order with a representative I should complete the order with that representative. I spent a week trying to chase someone down to process my order and then was told I needed to spend an extra $100 because now they had to rush the order! I forwarded all the emails to show them how nobody was responding to my simple question. Now we are without the napkins for the event! AWFUL! Nobody had the courtesy to even apologize. I am incredibly disappointed.
