WARNING WARNING! Have written many reviews on this company's products. Im happy for people who received their order as expected. On my first order from this company was great as well. Then it started going downhill. What I did notice, I posted the same picture ads from their catalog instead of the photos of what they actually sent in my first message so this has been updated. The problem lies with returns, its a nightmare. When you have to return items its truly a joke on what their offer. It was the worst experience. They literally hung up the phone, deleted my account so I couldn't see what was purchased. You have to pay for return shipping to china very costly if purchasing a lot. They dont provide any return labels, it comes from your pocket. So you have to ask yourself is it worth sending it back, or keeping it and giving it away. Just be aware. Judge for yourself. SEE PICTURES. You can see the difference of what was advertised and what was actually sent. The beautiful blue sweater they advertised picture was awesome, The sweater they sent looked like a 5 year old crochetd it. Zoom in on the pictures you will see what im referring to. So basically its a 50/50 chance if you will get what you think you ordered. I had to pay for shipping to return the items but before that they said they would only refund me back 20% and keep the clothing. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE THESE MESSAGES TO WARN ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT ORDERING. NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING IF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FOR THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THEIR COMPANY. YOU BE THE JUDGE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. To be 100% honest there were some items that were good but most items the material is cheap. Its a great racket. UPDATE. Below this review BELLEWHOLESALE chimed in and stated they have a 4.7 out of 5 star review. Well anyone can pay for reviews on their site. Seriously. Thats all they have. If they were a real company with great customer service, then after seeing this review they would have reached out, dont you think. I know if I was incharge it would be taken care of.
