I purchased a pop up gazebo that stated it was water resistant. The first time we used it we had a short shower of rain, the rain came in straight through the material on the gazebo, I contacted customer services and they were very rude and said that it wasn't waterproof and tried to make out that the rain was coming in from the sides not the roof. I explained I am not thick and that I know the difference from it coming through the top to coming in at the sides. I was told I would have to send photos of the problem for them to consider a refund, I don't know what they wanted me to send as I wasn't going to stand out hoping for rain and get the camera out to photo the rain coming through. I was then told they would refund me but I would have to pay the cost of returning the item. I have never heard before if you have a faulty item you having to pay the return costs. I would advise people to seriously think hard before purchasing anything from here as if you have a fault you could be left with a heavy cost to return the item to be able to get a refund, also I was told by one person in customer services that she would have to speak to her manager she then came back to the phone saying that the manager said that we could have a refund but would have to pay return costs I asked to speak to this manager but was told that she had gone out so I called back later and the manager Imspoke to knew nothing about this so some one somewhere was also lying. I am deeply upset with the outcome of this as I now have a gazebo that is not fit for purpose and I will need to pay extensive costs to be able to obtain a refund
