We ordered boots on 1/14/2010. Never thru today 1/28/2010 have we received them as of yet. I contacted credit card company & cancelled payment. I emailed this company to? Why order was not showing up in computer as being mailed, everything about this company if fake. We cancelled our credit card transaction & payment was denied. I will never order them online anymore unless I get them directly from UGG Austrailia.com themselves or recommended websites to purchase from.
