I paid for plane tickets for refugees from Ukraine living in the Country of Georgia. They needed travel money to get through customs. I went through all of their security checks then tried to send. My first attempt I sent it to myself, quickly stopped it. Remitly blocked me, because used the wrong address. To fix it the customer service rep. Said I needed another email account, so I used hers. The first card I tried there was a hold from November I didn't know about. I appealed to plead my case, which I still don't know what happened. The Ukraine family did not get the funds, they already moved out of their apartment and focused everything they had towards leaving. I don't know how or why, but I became red flagged and no one would take my cash and send it. I put everything I had into this, the Ukrainian refugees are out in the cold and my future looks bleak.
