One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I placed my order a month ago and after 20 days it was at the German borders without a single update and whenever I sent an email I got a very cold, careless answer saying that this is normal and there is nothing we can do if you didn't pay for tracking...
They spam customers and lack the basics of customer service behaviour.
I still haven't received my two jars and they're no longer responding to my emails.
