First they sold me a defective product and when I reach out to them to let them know they tell me they can't do anything because I would have to contact the manufactured comany and that I would have to get it warrantied. This was the first time I tried using the product so with all the back n forsth with messages I paid for the return shipping which they were supposed to provide and I get a message from them saying they cant do anything and that they will send back my item. I waited a week so I called to see what was going on and they say I need to pay for the shipping. Yeah so they took my money and kept my purchased item.
