Disappointed G.

I approached AG for help with an assignment for my Masters degree, which was a fairly obscure engineering document to a very specific industry standard. AG assured me they had qualified people who had done the same course and even taught it at graduate level, and could easily help me with this.

The work was just hopeless. First they tried to invent their own format, which was completely the wrong approach. At the third attempt they used the format I gave them and got everything they could possibly get wrong wrong. Their 'expert' had clearly never seen this document before, and had failed to even grasp its purpose, never mind how to correctly complete it.

When I pointed this out with relevant worked examples, links and even double checked it with my tutor they accused me of lying and of being deliberately awkward. Anything rather than simply admit that they were wrong. In fact they are STILL insisting that their method is right a week after I submitted the assignment, and needless to say a refund is out of the question.

No wonder all their reviews were removed from here and Trustpilot... but not from their website, oddly enough! Worth avoiding.
