Worst extensions and customer service I have ever experience.I have been doing hair extensions for over 20 years and these are by far the worst I have used.They are not 100% human as the turn to straw a week after clients wear them and I bought an order and they had the nerve to send me 1/2 price back(for only the 1 set)I thankfulky have been doing the client I used them on for over 10 years so at least I didn't loose her as a customer.I had to redone and buy her new extensions from elsewhere in order to keep her though.PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE.

I bought my extensions on January, I needed a shade down and I am still waiting for the money or...
I ordered a hair extension piece back in April this year and 3 months later i didn't receive it....
