Placed an order for $113 on Dec 19 that was charged to my credit card - it's January 2 and I still don't have the order, nor has there been any order confirmation, just an email asking me to rate one of the products I ordered. So they have my correct email and apparently my order was processed. I have never ordered from a company that didn't email an order confirmation, that's very bad business.
