I brought my vehicle in for service for a transmission issue which I might add has a class action lawsuit going. After 2 days I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up and everything was covered. When I went in, I was told it was going to be a charge of $19.00 and I said no, this was suppose to be NO charge. She argued with me so I just paid it. I was told to go out front and wait for my car to be brought around. So im standing there like 15 min when the service writer came out and told me they had an issue with the battery. ( the transmission control module drained it) but that it was fine now. So I said, ok so why haven't they brought it up to me yet? Then I mentioned to him that they charged me and he said NO this was a no charge. So he brought me back in to the cashier to get my money back. While standing there I hear on the walkie talkie a man say: Hey on that Fiesta, make sure you don't bring it up front with the jump pack so she don't know we just jumped it. Just give her the car with a smile and walk away and make sure to not shut it off. So they were going to let me drive that vehicle out of there knowing it would not start once I shut it off. This is very bad business! So I went back to the service writer and told him what I just heard and that I want that guys name who said that. He found out his name is "POPE" but would not give me any more information on this man. Then I was told I would have to pay for a battery. This should of also been covered because of the issue with the transmission, it drained my battery. But it was not, I had to pay $117 for a battery which wouldn't of gone dead had this issue with the transmission not happened. I am NOT happy with the service I received here and for them to let me take that vehicle knowing its not going to start is horrible! One thing I do have to say is, the service writer Tyler was fabulous! He stayed calm while I was quickly losing my cool and he did everything he could for me to resolve the issue. I am very happy with him and he's a great asset to your business but this POPE needs to be reprimanded and has hurt your business. How many other unsuspecting people has he done this to?
