I questioned why I had two charges for bids. I didn't quite understand that when I signed up it gave me the option to buy, and I guess I just thought I was registering my card for future purchases. So I went and bought another $45 pack of bids, not realizing I had purchased $60 on signup.
My email was answered within 30 minutes (I'm almost positive it was less but I wasn't in my email program at the time), and the guy was most helpful. I appreciate that sort of customer service because it is sorely lacking in many online companies these days.
