I have been trying to get the eMerchant Club service to discontinue my website and stop charging me monthly for a hosting service that I have not had time to work with or use at all since it started. I got a "Discontinuation" notice for the service in mid October 2014 and was not expecting them to be perched waiting for sufficient funds in the bank account that they have just debited again TODAY... 3 Nov 2014. So I have called and waited and waited on hold only to find out there are no "Cancellation agents" available. So will have to wait 24-48 hours for a return call... I HATE THIS... Diana Osborne *******
