“NO SOUND! Animal planet channel 630 on Verizon fios.”

I have Verizon Fios service in North Brunswick, New Jersey and for about an hour Animal Planet has had no sound while watching Lone Star Law. I contacted your support site only to be redirected to a site to sign up for a trial. Obviously no one is monitoring your channel (630 on Fios). It's very frustrating after contacting a live support technician and then just getting blown off. Not a good way to do business!
