I signed up with Houzz about a month and a half ago I was told to download an app that was going to cost an extra $65.00 a month. I was told the app did not cost money but i don't know where the app is for free. I was told to go to the apps and download the blue Houzz app I cannot find a free one yet. I cannot get into my account because they have the wrong email on my account, they want me to verify my account due to the inaccurate email although all correspondence they send me is to my email. Totally unprofessional.
