Placed an order on 7/9/23 for a sheet set. Site automatically adds "free sunflower fairy lights". I was shipped and received lights they added to my order but never received my sheets. Emailed to follow up on 8/20 and received an auto-response about allowing 2-4 business days for research. It's been 5 business days, no response.
Update 9/24/23: Since posting the originally negative review I have heard from the company and they are attempting to resolve.
Tip for consumers:
Looks legit and quick to ship “free” item. Actually ordered item not shipped/received. No response from customer service.

The tapestry is fine but my main issue is it took several weeks to get to me. I needed it sooner...
