This is a case of take the money and run. My daughter ordered her wedding ring from this website at the beginning of July. The money, £351 was debited from her account, but the ring never sent. Every time she called to try to trace it, excuses were given at first. As time went on and she got more anxious, the company had no answer for what had happened to the ring, no knowledge of either when or if it had been sent. As the wedding day began to get nearer, my daughter in frustration cancelled the order and requested a refund. This too has been unforthcoming. Promises every time you call, claims that something has gone wrong with the system etc to appease but no money. People being polite and saying the money will be returned to the account forthwith and then nothing happening. They had no trouble taking the money out of her account, but somehow are finding it impossible to refund it. Computer error? There is no excuse for this. This is tantamount to theft and we will be taking legal action. This website poses a serious risk. It is selling expensive jewellery. It takes advantage of vulnerable people such as our daughter. It takes orders and the money but seems to have no records regarding how the items bought are sent.
