I have ordered SEVERAL times from Pandahall and they are always out of stock with at least one item per order. It delays the entire order by at least a week and a half. I always upgrade to she 3 day shipping so it arrived pretty quick after my orders are packed. Several times they send the wrong color beads. Per their instructions, I email pictures of the wrong item that clearly show the mistake, but they insist that because the label is correct the color must be also. They even suggested if I use them with other beads the color wil look differently. Huh? They just refuse to make good on their mistakes. They hide behind the language barrier and the distance and assume the consumer will just give up.
