Signed my contract for new windows November 2023.In February part of my windows were installed. Two were damaged.I am still without waiting on the windows.BUT,,I was informed not to remove the warranty stickers located at the top of the window frame,if so it would void my warranty. One window out of 3 did not have a warranty sticker.I have reached out to numerous people,including going to the window department with an example of the warranty sticker.No one calls me back,I have no response.So I guess I have a new window with no warranty. If you want windows fast,I cannot recommend Lowes in Mooresville, Indiana.
