This is the 2nd time that Frame Denim Online says they shipped my order when they actually did not and the Client Service Team is absolutely useless (you can only contact them via mail... no phone #). Get the jeans from reputable department stores if you actually expect it to be delivered.

Tip for consumers:
Never order from Frame denim online if you expect to receive it. They charge you, create a fed ex label and then it never actually leaves their warehouse. They keep saying it will update in 72 hours and Fed Ex laughed when I told them that since the Fed Ex system is real time.
If you like the product then order from Neimans or Nordies or SAKS. I thought I would give it another try (this happened to me before) because it looks like they upgraded their systems but it was yet another fail.
