After 45 days of responding to emails and sending complaints I get an email today that my refund is going to be processed today- YAY! I will see if this money ACTUALLY goes back into my account. I believe my initial review may have helped with the process. Nevertheless, too much hassle- I will stick with Amazon :)
I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF-SEVERAL ITEMS DIDN'T FIT-HAD TO CREAT A TICKET TO RETURN ITEMS. I PAID TO RETURN THE ITEMS -MY TRACKING SHOWED IT WAS RECIEVED ON THEIR END ON 5/13. I CAN ONLY RESPOND TO AN AUTOMATIC EMAIL BCAUSE THERE IS NO NUMBER TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY DIDNT GET IT. EVERY EMAIL TAKES 2 OR MORE DAYS FOR A RESPONSE. OFTEN THE SAME RESPONSE WHICH DOESNT ANSWER MY QUESTION. FINALLY THEY SAID THEY RECIEVED IT-NOW THEY ARE ASKING IF THEY CAN PUT THE REFUND ON A CREDIT TO ORDER AGAIN. HELL NOOOOO! THE NEXT EMAIL ASKED WHAT DID I RETURN? I PUT ALL THE ITEMS BACK IN THE PLASTIC WITH A PRINTED SHEET OF ALL MY ITEMS. WHY DON'T THEY SEE WHAT I RETURNED. I WANT MY MONEY AND I AM BEYOND PISSED. IF I GET ANOTHER AUTOMATED E-MAIL THREE DAYS LATER AGAIN WHICH DOES NOT ADDRESS MY ISSUE I WILL FIND OUT HOW TO STOP PAYMENT ON THE STUFF I PURCHASED. TOO BAD CAUSE SOME OF MY STUFF WAS CUTE JUST DIDN'T FIT. NEVER AGAIN! I RATHER PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN THE LONG RUN I DID NOT SAVE MONEY!
