I did a lot of research on the Air Mini (pros and cons). Called customer service twice before I finally decided to order. Both reps were extremely helpful. I ordered w/o the humidifier and they supplied a complimentary adapter & standard hose since I wanted to use my own Air Fit P10 mask. It arrived in a 4 days. I was impressed by the small size of the unit! I tried it for a full night. The machine itself was extremely quiet. Unfortunately the air noise of the inhale & exhale was too loud for me to sleep, but I am a very light sleeper, and I am used to my ResMed Airsense 10 that is super quiet. It may be fine for others, but just not for me! Was disappointed that I had to return because it was so small and would have been nice for traveling. The return was processed with ease and credited to my account within 2 days of receipt! I purchased my Air Sense from Direct Medical a few years ago and would definitely reorder from this company again, great service! 5 star review is for the service I received.

Tip for consumers:
Did have to pay for return shipping myself, but it was worth it.
