I have not been able to contact anyone by phone or website. The website will not accept the account number. There is a voicemail in which no one calls you back or answers. I have made 2 payments, but can't confirm the second one has been received. It took a month to get the first payment posted. I will not be sending another payment to this fraudulent company. Why would UNC ER doctors use this type of company. This terrible company needs to be investigated and shut down.

“This company should be shut down. Won't even give me my payment history info anymore! They have tried to over bill me for over $2000! I checked with my cc company to make sure the payments went thru. Been jerrked around by the jerks for a month now!”
