Terrible, horrible customer service, or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought earrings and there was an issue with one of them, I followed the process to ask what I should do. NO ONE ever got back to me, even after THREE attempts!
It says a lot about a company if they can't stand by their products. I will NEVER buy from them again!
