I purchased my bed on October 20,2018 and was given the standard 4-6 week delivery time. I purchased through my Costco. The bed was 7000 so was a major purchase for me. Today is January 3 and I still have no bed. I am at 11 weeks and have weekly been checking on my bed since week 6. Customer service is pleasant but obviously just tells you want you want to hear... all is on track we should see something soon. Then it was thanksgiving so they blamed the holiday then it was Christmas so that was blamed all the while ignoring that I should have already had the bed. For this much money I expect way better service. And based on this good luck getting any help with warranty issues.
