I ordered a $500 eye-glass frame from their website. A few day later, they delivered to me an empty eye-glass's box. What a ridiculous situation! We emailed and call their customer service, they said they need to do some investigation with their delivery provider to be able to process our case. One month later, without any further communication from them, we called them back. They said another department have already the case opened and still working on it. They asked us to wait for 4-6 weeks more. Time flies, and they still be hiding somewhere. Their service's strategy is maybe TIME CAN FIX THE ISSUE ITSELF, and time can make their clients forgetting or giving up the case.
What a bad service for such a brand like this. They ruined their image. Totally disappointed!
I wish I could give them NO STAR.
