Handy used to be reliable, more expensive than hiring your own cleaner, but worth doing. The cleaners are of mixed quality and motivation, but mostly good. But I've had so many cleaners not turn up recently, and Customer Service refusals to offer compensation (and pretending that they are doing you a favour by re-booking a cleaner to pay for the work you paid for) that I'm starting to lose faith. Perhaps if I keep going for a while and monitor, I will be able to give a more positive reference in future.
