A few months ago, the HMH office in Forked River, NJ closed without notifying any of their patients. How extremely unprofessional and uncaring of the group. I'm having a difficult time locating another medical provider to pick up where HMH dumped me and getting my prescriptions refilled. Shame on HMH.
