"Outbid" does that mean that I was outbid, or just that there was a recent bid?
"Winning"--and then the clock starts running. Confusing.
If the timing didn't sometimes indicate more time remaining when it is actually closing, you would get more bids (and more $)

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, David.Let us clarify these terms for you:

"Outbid": When you see "Outbid," it means that another bidder has placed a bid higher than your current bid. In other words, you are no longer the highest bidder for that item.
"Winning": When you see "Winning," it means that you are currently the highest bidder for the item, and if the auction were to end at that moment, you would win the item.

When the clock starts running after you see "Winning," it means that there is still time remaining for the auction to allow for more bids. If another bidder places a higher bid during this time, the clock will reset to give other bidders an opportunity to respond on soft close type auctions.

If you have any further questions or concerns about the bidding process, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at (844) 775-4774. We are here to assist you and make your bidding experience more enjoyable.

Difficult to navigate the auction once items start closing.
