Purchased a heated CPAP hose for my cpap machine. I was told that I wasn't due for a new hose so I asked if I could buy out of pocket and was told yes. I purchased via debit card over the phone and received it a week or so later. A month later I get a bill and it was for the hose. I then called and explained I paid out of pocket. A month later I get another bill for the same and called again. I repeated this for several months and it's still not resolved even though I spoke to a supervisor who was supposed to email me. They should be investigated the department of consumer affairs and the bbb for their billing practices.
