Very unprofessional, cancelled registration 3/23/2022 for webinar, the second in the series I have attended. Asked for insight contacted Chelsea twice no reply. (I was sent an originally invite from her to join this on 3/16/2022 and retain it). Tried to join on the day of, said removed. No replies from the company as well as poor communication. There was also difficulty in redeeming orders/rewards from the past session. Do yourself a favor and use another vendor like Sendoso for your business needs... As of 3/25/2022: From a recent update to this matter, I have gotten a notification of unsubscription from a different employer in the company; with thus rejecting any replies. This is how they deal with potential clients and customers? I am sorry, but this company does not know how to conduct business. From something that could have easily just been communicated.
