Why does the Wanroy company fail to respond to my request for tech support. Your website states they will respond within 24 hours, Sent in 2 request,5 and 3 days ago and haven't heard anything! Side note-Ordered 4 batteries, did receive shipping notification which shows only one being shipped as stated by quantity and weight on fedex shipment document. Order # 8089, Please call me *******065
Tip for consumers:
Can’t get a call back/response from tech support and there is no number to call, only a form to fill out and assurance of a call back/response within 24 hours, been 5 days no response, sent another request in still no response! Did receive a shipment doc which shows only 1 battery being shipped when I purchased and paid for 4. I am questioning the validity of this company called Wanroy!
