As much as they tout excellent customer service and say they will put the customer first 100% of the time, they do not. I placed an order of $150 worth of products during a promotion for free shipping on orders over $100. They did not provide any restrictions on their website as to what was ordered. They realized the shipping on what I ordered was going to cost them too much and they canceled my order without notifying me. I believe they do not put their customers first since they did not honor what they promoted and said they would do to start with.
