Dont ever use RMD, They ripped me off for $120! I canceled my valet service in January due to a brokerage change, I sent them a stop notice in writing from my new email account, they responded with this email.

They maintain that the response email was a question that needed to be answered before they would cancel my service. I dont see a question mark in there anywhere. To make matters worse I did call them and tell them to recycle the signs. I tried dealing with Monty the valet manager, (it took 11 calls to get in touch with him.) He said, We sent you an email before the charges were made the emails went to my old email account at my old brokerage that was turned off so they would have bounced back. Merissa did not update my info when I emailed that I had changed brokerages. Monty did not see the problem he said charges will stand. I then called the owner Barb McDaniels who told me she would stick to the decision of her manager. When I told Barb, I was going to write this negative review if she didnt make it right her response was Is your time so invaluable that you have the time for that? Barb are your customers so invaluable that you can afford to lose them over $120 of inactivity fees? Barb has created a culture that is not customer centric and it shows from the top to the bottom of the organization that is why they have a 3.1-star rating (at least one of the positive ratings is from an employee!) Use Front Range Sign and Service 303-703-4770 they are much more customer oriented as evidenced by the 5-star rating.
