I ordered my paper with plenty of time, my paper was late, I received a D. I had no time to verify the info they wrote or correct it. It was already a day late. I gave specific details with questions needing to be answered. The writer didn't follow directions, left questions unanswered. Didn't use proper terminology, the format was wrong! The paper cost 143$ and they wouldn't refund my money. This company doesn't stand by their product or monitor their "writers" if you call them that. I could have written a D paper for free!
