I signed up and accessed one form. What I found later when I tried to access my "Dashboard" to update my account billing information was that you CANNOT access your dashboard or any portion of the site that allows you to update account details or cancel your subscription. The customer service phone number is FAKE and if you try using their Contact Form, it DOES NOT SUBMIT. It is not real. I'm dealing with my credit card company now to block any future charges.

Tip for consumers:
This company offers a subscription service for fillable legal forms. They offer NO options to cancel the subscription and after the initial $1.95 fee, they charge $33 monthly. The only way to stop it is to file fraud charges with your bank/credit card company.
