Website needs improvement.
Skype calls would be paramount to your business! Emails tend to be confusing. With your personal service... Skype calls will add a much better customer experience. Also try adding a form for returns and adjustments rather just shipping a garment. (This aspect of your CS totally confused me) I'm not sure who's responsible for return shipping a d what actual adjustments can be made to garment how it will take to be updated, returned. These are key unknowns to me as a new customer. (If you implement the tasks aforementioned? It'll add a significant level of appreciation from new customers like myself) I still have my 1st garment and adjustments are needed, but I'm not sure how to process a claim?
So I totally have no idea what steps to take? So I wait like an idiot!
