The sign you up for auto renewal and then when you cancel it they "don't have a record of your cancellation" and they charge your card again. They are stating they will not issue me a refund. BEWARE. They have been reported as fraudulent to my credit card company. Their customer service is terrible. Update: The company has finally issued me a refund after three more days of back and forth e-mails. I had to point out to them that their website had a refund policy listed. Then never responded back to me but my Credit Card charge was reversed.
