I had a frustrating experience trying to buy a pair of tickets through TiqIQ last weekend and posted a negative review. TiqIQ's director of customer service reached out, offered to arrange tickets to an upcoming game, and apologized. I declined the tickets--an apology was sufficient--and think it fair to update my review to reflect the follow-up.

Don't use it.
