I am very disappointed with this company, their return process and the sizing information they provide on their site. First off, It took over 6 weeks to receive my purchase. I purchased a hoodie, a necklace and a beanie. The necklace and beanie were ok. Not the best quality but ok. The hoodie was terrible quality and the sizing was completely off. I did read other reviews saying that the sizing was smaller, so I ordered 2 times up. I needed an XL and I ordered a XXXL. I can't even say it was a Large. When I contacted the company to return the item. I was told that I had to pay to ship it back to China from Canada, I had to pay extra for a tracking number or it would not be accepted. Then they would inspect it to see if it is accepted as a return and the return process would "start" from there. Ridiculous! I am not going to bother returning and I definitely will not be ordering from them again! There are far too many amazing local stores/shops that I should and will be ordering from in the future. Buyer beware!
